This book aims at exploring the role of the Military Industrial Complex of USA in conflicts and peace in the world today. Military Industrial Complex has traditionally remained controversial. This research tries to explore the genesis of the Military Industrial Complex as a phenomenon and how has this played with the world peace for more than a century. Large amount of information has been analysed to co-relate it to the war perpetuation and destruction of world peace. Emphasis has been laid on three aspects surrounding the phenomenon of the Military Industrial complex; Power of the Complex, the economic influence and its impact on domestic as well as foreign policies of the USA. Despite the fact that the actions of the Complex are cocooned in layers of secrecy, effort has been made to explore answer to few of the most burning questions. Overall the research has proved that by enhancing the external threat mantra, the Military Industrial Complex does create a hype inside the USA leading to war and in the process all involved make hefty profits.
