Dass, wir den Ausgangspunkt bei adam smith genommen bedarf angesichts der anerkannten Bedeutung, welche seinem Werke über den Nationalreich tum als Marksteine des Gebietes der modernen Volks und Staatswirtschaftslehre zukommt, keiner weiteren Recht fertigung.
