Wir lassen nun die drei Hauptreden folgen, welche bei der Legung des Grundsteines abgehalten worden sind.
Tags zuvor hat der Bürgermeister von Prag Dr. Podlipny an die Bewohner der böhm. Hauptstadt Prag folgenden Aufruf erlassen.
