AS proteases and chitinases known as important industial applicable enzymes, and at the same time microbial sources are more economically applicable; so, this work will take a tour in some ideas of production and application trends of those enzymes by bacterial speice, which known as famous biological insecticide. This trend seems promising for both economic and environment consideration, that can produce the two enzymes from Bacillus thuringiensis through one fermentation process, and keep away of harmful chemical insecticides.

Amira Roshdy, obtained the Master degree of science from Cairo University in 2008 and followed by the philosophy of Doctoral degree in 2013, in microbial chemistry specialty. Concentrated on microbial enzymes production.
