The diversity of land-use, as well as the increasing transportation problems cause a lot of conflicts due to transportation and land-use interaction (LUTI). These problems became a burden on the decision's maker shoulder as the transportation and land use is the most important thing in the city plan, specially that there are few studies related to this subject. Referring to the above mentioned subject, recommendations for solving the problem of this LUTI is required. This subject is found to be of great importance, due to the current shortage of studies, as well as, a modest trial from the researcher to aid within this scope. This study will refer to the interaction between land use and transportation and discuss some of the models of this subject. At the study level, simple historical analysis and detailed analysis concerning LUTI are presented, so the study is distributed to two parts; a first theoretical part and a second implementation one.
