About the author










Darkhan Bilyalov has worked in education for over a decade. He has contributed to the development of education system in Kazakhstan through his research and administrative work. Darkhan worked extensively on education and social sector projects including those funded by the Government of Kazakhstan, European Union, World Bank, EBRD and UNDP.
