Mr. Bernard Kipkoech Sirma is a Geology graduate of South Eastern Kenya University where Prof Eliud Mathu is the Director of the Institute of Mining & Mineral Processing, whereas Dr. Bernard Kipsang Rop and Mr. Seroni Anyona are both Lecturers in Mining, Materials & Petroleum Engineering at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture & Technology.
