To learn means to excel. It is a never ending process. Through learning, anyone can develop himself or herself continuously. Human Resource is the means through which organizations learn. The will to learn by everyone and to share once knowledge with the other helps to establish a strong competitive advantage in any organizational setting. For this to happen; an environment that nurtures the learning process should be availed to all employees in an organization. Learning should be made the culture.
