Mr. Ankit Paliwal has done M.Tech in Food Technology & Biochemical Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata and graduation in Biotechnology from M.I.T.S. Gwalior. Currently working at Amity University, Noida as Assistant Professor. He has more than a year experience in brewing industry & more than 4 years experience in academics and research.
