Vladimir G. Kirtskhalia, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor.Born May 24, 1947 in the city of Sukhumi (Abkhazia, Georgia). In 1971 he graduated Tbilisi State University majoring in "Theoretical Physics" .. Engaged in research and teaching work at the Sukhumi Institute of Physics and Technology in Sukhumi State University.
