A monograph is devoted to a developed innovative non-invasive multisensory micro-nanolaboratory on a chip LED "electronic eye" (e-eye) including an intelligent cybernetic intuitive system (CIIS) with parallel information processing for a wide range of the applications in human life supporting. A fundamental methodology of intelligent cybernetic intuitive systems is stated for the first time to self-train dynamically and efficiently, self-organize and make decisions rapidly. Self-learning, self-diagnosis of CIIS functions parallel like cerebral hemispheres of an intelligent person using cybernetic intuitive self-organizing neural networks. Experiments proved the information pattern recognition of any pharmaceuticals, their quality using human biomatters (blood, saliva, sweat) for a ubiquitous personalized medicine. CIIS provides a unique data protection of sensory information patterns, micro-nanostructures of any biomatters, and electronic medical maps of the human life activity including their QR-coding.
