About the author

Syaima' binti Adznan is currently a lecturer at the School of Accounting, Faculty of Economics and Management, National University of Malaysia. She obtained her Bachelor and Masters degree in Accounting from International Islamic University Malaysia. Her current research area include taxation,financial reporting and corporate governance.
