Research on learners has shown that adult people with multiple disabilities or Special Needs, learn similarly to adult learners, by using combinations of adult learner theories, models, techniques and strategies. We propose, teaching methods, activities and 'tips'; we created also, a complete sample Micro-teaching lesson plan for trainers of Special Needs Adults. Adult learners with Disabilities or Special Needs, must have an equal opportunity to participate in instructional programs and to have benefits of a 'Proper' and functional Education!
