Informationen zum Autor Victoria Gardner is an historian of eighteenth-century Britain, with a particular interest in the intersections between economics and culture. She has published articles and chapters on the business of early modern print culture and the newspaper press, most recently co-editing The Book Trade in Early Modern England (2013). Following appointments at the Universities of Edinburgh, Manchester and Hull, Victoria has recently joined Wellington College, Berkshire, UK.
