Given the communication training professionals and Managers of the Educational field receive in their studies, it has been taken for granted that they have mastered i this art and its applicability at work realizing the higher achievement of work targets reflected inform of Change Needs. However the reality appears different ,with the persistent low achievement of work targets. A check was done by this study on the existence of key concepts of Strategic Communication Management ,one of the effective ways of applying communication in Organization Management by Managers. This was conducted on school managers given the uniformity of work situations in different school organizations. The results showed that the extent to which this was practiced, influenced the realization of work targets and Organizational Change Needs. The results of this study can be used by Managers to improve their communication skills in their pursuit of efficiency at work as well as that of their organizations.
