Dirk Meissner denkt und arbeitet als freier Cartoonist überwiegend für die Wirtschaftspresse. 1995 gewann er den Karikaturenwettbewerb der Frankfurter Rundschau. Er veröffentlichte die Cartoonbände Manager at work, Krisensitzung und Freiräume, einen Köln Krimi Comic und das Werk Liebe, Wahrheit, Treue und Untergang. Seit 2001 Teilnahme an nationalen und internationalen Cartoonausstellungen. 2002 Diploma of Excellence for the Cartoon.
