Writer, journalist, electoral consultant, former parliamentarian and former mayor, former student leader, involved in community, sports, culture and environment. He directed a newspaper, a radio station and a magazine in his country, Venezuela. He headed radio and television programs in Venezuela and the United States. Member of the advising committee of the Hispanic journalism program at Saint Thomas University and recipient of the Cervantes Award for journalism at NOVA University, both in Florida. He was awarded the Congressional Medal of the United States. He also has the ability to communicate with the different Hispanic national groups in Miami. Everywhere he is loved and admired. He has written fifteen books, nearly thirty brochures and thousands of articles, commentaries, stories and reports.
