This book explores the application of Islamic Personal Law in Nigeria. It assesses the judicial attitude of Nigerian Courts towards Islamic personal law. About the author
Abubakri Yekini is an Assistant Lecturer in the Dept of Jurisprudence and Internatiinal Law, Lagos State University. He had his LL.B degree from Lagos State University and LL.M from the University of Lagos. He has a number a prizes and awards to his credit. He is currently researching for his doctorate degree.
