About the author










Abubakri Yekini is an Assistant Lecturer in the Dept of Jurisprudence and Internatiinal Law, Lagos State University. He had his LL.B degree from Lagos State University and LL.M from the University of Lagos. He has a number a prizes and awards to his credit. He is currently researching for his doctorate degree.
