Driving simulation by using actual driving conditions in a virtual environment enable researcher to conduct various experiments. It will be an accurate and economy tool for in different areas such as vehicle dynamic control, intelligent transportation systems and traffic safety. This study serves to advance vehicle dynamics simulations and controls with a primary focus on rollover propensity. The main consideration in determining fundamental vehicle handling propensities was the vehicle characterization maneuver known as slowly increasing steer (SIS). The rollover maneuvers used were the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration (NHTSA) J-Turn and fishhook maneuvers. These maneuvers were selected due to their higher potential rollover propensity. The simulation models used for the study are Vehicle Dynamic Analysis Non Linear (VDANL) and Human Vehicle Environment (HVE).
