This is a theoretical research based on investigation of enhancement of "Coupling Efficiency" of buried and exposed nano-plasmonic grating. COMSOL software is used for this research work. Maximum coupling efficiency is achieved and this can be used for many real world applications or devices based on nano-plasmonics. This work also leads towards further future work and shows new directions to further betterment of coupling efficiency.
