Ms. Sneha Sehwag is Senior Research Fellow in Agricultural and Food Engineering Department, IIT Kharagpur, India. She is pursuing her Ph.D. in Food Science and Technology. She is a post-graduate in Food Technology from CFTRI, Mysore, India. Her broad area of research primarily lay in the field of functional food development.
