About the author

ELINOR COOK's previous plays include The Girl's Guide to Saving the World, Pilgrims and Pastoral. Her play The Boy Preference is part of the 2015 National Theatre Connections programme. She is currently writing an adaptation of Eleanor Catton's novel, The Rehearsal. In 2013 she won the prestigious George Devine award for Most Promising Playwright.
