Die Wildpflanzenexpertin Coco Burckhardt, Bad Grönenbach, lebt auf einem Selbstversorgerhof mit Wildpflanzenanbau im Allgäu. Seit über 20 Jahren sammelt und erprobt sie alte und neue Wildpflanzen-Verwendungsweisen. Als Dozentin für Weiterbildung und als Walderzieherin gibt sie ihr fundiertes Wissen und ihre erprobten Rezepturen weiter.
