Gizachew Asrat born in Lumame Town, I have got my Bachelor Degree from Dire Dawa University in Political Science and International Relations and Master Degree from Addis Ababa University in Regional and Local Development Studies. I am a lecturer in Mada Walabu University Bale Robe, Ethiopia.
