Career decision making process contnues to be a challenging task for secondary school adolescent students. Intervention stragies in the forms of treatment have been known to significantly influence the process by enhancing it. Reciprocal peer tutoring and career day activities have been observed to be significant intervention strategies for enhancing creer decision making. This study observed that both treatment packages will be effective if there is adequate preparation by the peer tutors and facilitators of the career day activities. Howver, reciprocal peer tutoring was found to be more significant than career day. This is because peer tutors are able to express themselves better to each other than teachers will do sometimes. Reciprocal peer tutoring should therefore be encouraged alongside the regular learning situation of teacher student setting that we find in most of our schools.
