Dr. Rajesh P. Khambayat, is associated as Professor with the National Institute of Technical Teachers¿ Training & Research in Bhopal, India. He was former GB-Engaged Faculty Consultant of Colombo Plan Staff College (CPSC), Manila. He served as Joint Coordinator of Asia-Pacific Accreditation & Certification [APACC] & Consultant to UNESCO-UNEVOC.
