About the author










The author Pragya Mishra, hails from Agra- City of Taj, India. She completed her intermediate from St. Patrick¿s Junior College, Agra, in Science stream. Currently an undergraduate law student at Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur,India, she is a topper with a CGPA of 9.03. She has published 15 research papers in reputed legal journals.
