The magnetic field influences the functioning of biological system, as the life developed under the influence of the earth s geomagnetic field. The use of magnet in medical sciences has been reported through the ages, as in recent years, it has been the subject of world wide interest.The present investigation concluded that the exposure of Bombyx mori cocoons in 3000 gauss magnetic strength for 72 hours is most suitable for the larval and pupal performance, improvement of different economic characters and maintenance of most suitable status of different biochemical constituents in Bombyx mori.
