In the recent years, the use of mobile phones have increased exponentially, and its function as a learning tool is increasingly popular. Nearly every student has a mobile phone and makes it possible for them to access learning materials anywhere at any time. About the author










Dr Edna Temese Manutai has just completed her PhD in Engineering. She has published Journal and Conference Papers in the fields of E-learning, Multimedia and ICT. She recently worked on developing mobile applications for higher education learning. She is also working on a project called ¿KISSEL¿ for the Asia Pacific Region.
