Thiazole is a heterocyclic compound featuring both a nitrogen atom and sulfur atom as part of the aromatic five-member ring. Thiazoles were found in drug development for the treatment of allergies, inflammation, schizophrenia, hypnotics hypertension, inflammation , schizophrenia, bacterial, HIV infections, hypnotics etc. This has been noticed so far, that modifications on thiazole moiety displayed valuable biological activities. It will be interesting to observe that these modifications can be utilized as potent therapeutic agents in future.
