Each year the world produces a large amount of fruit waste and tree leaves, unfortunately, these valuable products have not been regarded and are usually excreted as rubbish which in addition to the loss of large amounts of capital causes environmental pollution due to the large amounts of nitrogen. This book focuses on the comprehensive study of the nutritional effects of fruit waste and tree leaves in feeding sheep. This issue has been investigated in different ways to determine digestibility and the findings of many researchers have been used to validate the findings of the present study. The findings of this study can be useful in understanding the value of feed and nutritional potential of agricultural waste and leaves and applying them in sheep feeding. In addition to exploring the many methods of determining the nutritional value, this study is more focused on the nylon bags and gas production techniques, because the latest studies have shown that these methods have a high degree of reliability and correlation with each other.
