About the author










Scovia Magara works with Kyambogo University as Assistant Lecturer in the Department of History and Political Science.She holds a Master of Arts in Ethics and Public Management,a PGDE and a BA(A)from Makerere University-Uganda.She has authored many books in ethics,Morality and Women studies and is currently pursuing her PhD at Makerere University.
