Maksuda Sultana has completed Master of Arts in International Development from Japan, Nagoya University, Graduate School of International Development in 2010. She has Bachelor of Social Sciences Degree from the Department of International Relations at University of Dhaka in 2004. She published few journal papers.She started career at BRAC in 2011
