About the author










Obinna Okafor is from Azigbo, Nnewi South L.G.A. in Anambra State, Nigeria. He has a Bachelors and Masters degree in Banking and Finance and another Masters degree in Asset and Risk Management. He currently lives in Vienna and works for the United Nations Office on Drug and Crime.
