Traceability is a concept that can be applied to all sectors: chemical,pharmaceutical, automobile, etc..We will focus particularly on traceability in the food industry, which is currently component of ensuring food safety. In the food chain, traceability means the ability to trace and follow a food, feed, food producing animal or substance through all stages of production and distribution. Many manufacturing systems, including food manufacturing, have sought registration to the ISO 9001 Quality Standards.

I did my under graduate programme in Food process Engineering and Master degree in Agricultural processing and food engineering . I was worked as quality executive in the Hindustan coca-cola Beverages (P) Ltd.
