Dark Energy and the Accelerated Expansion of the Universe

I have discussed the holographic dark energy scenario to explain the accelerated expansion of the universe. Ricci power law entropy corrected holographic dark energy (RPLECHDE) model has been proposed in this work. Further a correspondence of this model is made with some scalar fields like, tachyon, k-essence, dilaton and quintessence. This correspondence helps to demonstrate that how different models of dark energy are related to each other.

About the author

I am studying at the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) Islamabad, Pakistan. I have completed my Mphil research work in mathematical physics, specifically the role of Holographic dark energy on the expansion of universe is worked out. Recently I am doing research work for my PhD degree in the field of Relativity and Cosmology.
