About the author

Was born in Turkey. He got his BA in Foreign Languages Education and MA in Educational Sciences at Böaziçi University. He still teaches at Istanbul University and is a Ph.D. candidate at Böaziçi University. His research interests include access to education, adult education, education policies and prisons.
