Dear friends,
It brings me great joy to reach you through this book, which has been elaborated with all my knowledge, studies and personal experiences lived throughout my life. When I began writing My Most Intimate Secrets, I had very clear details that confirm exterior beauty, especially dieting, which is not only important for living a healthy life but also to reflect radiant beauty throughout your body from the hair on your scalp to the tip of your toes.
However something inside me kept telling me that there is no such thing as exterior beauty without inner beauty. In other words, it doesn't matter how much attention we pay to our exterior if we neglect our most important element, our inner self, our essence and spirit.
My slogan says: "True beauty begins from within, then out. Begin by feeding your soul, spirit, and every beauty procedure you do will be a complete success."
