Allium sativum Zingiber officinale and carullama edulus were collected from market of Alladand Dehri Distric Malakand, Pakistan and investigated for mineral profile. Iron was noted as 2.23, 3.26 and 8.69mg/L respectively. Similarly Copper 0.19, 0.27 and 0.16mg/L, Zinc 2.40, 2.67 and 1.68 mg/L, Cadmium in Zingiber officinale was 0.04mg/L while in Zingiber officinale and caralluma edulis was not present, Lead in Allium sativum and Zingiber officinale was found in the range of 0.05 and 0.07mg/L and in caralluma edulis it was not detected, Manganese was found as: 0.72, 13.83 and 2.68 mg/L, Chromium in these sample was not detected. Allium sativum, Zingiber officinale and carullama edulus were found as a good source of vegetable for human health.
