About the author

Patrick Raynaud, geboren 1946 in Carcassonne, lebt und arbeitet in Paris. Er absolvierte von 1964 bis 1970 das Studium der modernen Literatur an der Universität Toulouse. 1967 bis 1970 fügte er ein Studium an der Filmhochschule Paris (DHEC) an. Danach arbeitete er einige Zeit für den Film. Er war von 1983 bis 1989 Professor an der Ecole Nationale des Beaux-Arts de Lyon, sowie von 1994 bis 1996 Direktor für ein Postgraduiertenstudium an der Ecole Regionale des Beaux-Arts de Nantes. Seit 1996 ist er Professor an der Ecole Nationale des Beaux-Arts de Dijon.
