Prof. Ulrich Hommel, Ph.D. ist Inhaber des Stiftungslehrstuhls für Unternehmensfinanzierung und Kapitalmärkte an der European Business School (ebs).

Dipl.-Kfm. Dieter Thomaschewski, geboren 1944 in Weißenburg/Elsaß, Studium der BWL mit Abschluss in Saarbrücken. Seit 1969 Mitarbeiter der BASF AG, verantwortlich u. a. für die BASF Venezolana (1987), für die BASF Information Systems (1990) und den Unternehmensbereich Düngemittel (1992). Seit 1999 in führender Funktion für die Region Europa tätig. Er ist Co-Leiter des Arbeitskreises "Unternehmenswachstum und Internationales Management (UIM)" der Schmalenbach Gesellschaft sowie Beiratsmitglied des Instituts für Marktorientierte Unternehmensführung der Universität Mannheim und Mitglied des Aufsichtsrats der K + S Kali GmbH.
