This book explores legislation defining the functioning of political parties in Azerbaijan. About the author










Leila Alieva is a political analyst based in Baku, Azerbaijan. She held research fellowships at Harvard University (1993-1994), UC Berkeley (2000), National Endowment for Democracy in DC (2007). She authored works on security and politics, published by Oxford University Press, Sharpe, Journal of Democracy, Jane¿s Intelligence Review.
