Prof. Dr. Rudolf Streinz hatte den Lehrstuhl für Öffentliches Recht, Völker- und Europarecht der Universität Beyreuth inne. 2003 wechselte er an die Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München auf den Lehrstuhl für Öffentliches Recht und Europarecht.
