Mobbing - der Psychoterror am Arbeitsplatz - wurde u.a. dank der Forschungen des schwedischen Arbeitspsychologen Heinz Leymann in das öffentliche Bewusstsein gerückt. Diese Anleitung zum therapeutischen Umgang damit enthält außer ausführlichen Erläuterungen zur Handhabung des Fragebogens einen kurzen Abriss über die Entwicklung und den derzeitigen Stand der Mobbing-Forschung. Die Auseinandersetzung mit diesem Thema findet inzwischen auf vielen Ebenen statt und bietet die Chance, einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Humanisierung der Arbeitswelt zu leisten. Dazu kann auch der hier nun in deutscher Sprache vorliegende LIPT-Fragebogen beitragen, den Heinz Leymann für seine Untersuchungen zur Feststellung von Mobbing entwickelt hat.

Jenny Frison received her BFA in Illustration from Northern Illinois Universtiy and continued her studies at the Joe Kubert School of Cartooning and Graphic Arts in Dover, NJ. She has worked for companies including IDW, Marvel, Image, Harris, DDP, White Wolf, and Hasbro.
