About the author

Dr. Markus A. Lindemann ist bei der SAP Consulting für die vertriebliche und organisatorische Verankerung neuer Dienstleistungsangebote im Umfeld der SAP Business Process Platform und Enterprise SOA verantwortlich. Dr. Lindemann studierte nach einer kaufmännischen Ausbildung Wirtschaftsinformatik an der Universität Mannheim. 1996 wurde er Mitglied des Competence Center Electronic Markets und wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Institut für Wirtschaftsinformatik der Universität St. Gallen. Nach einem einjährigen Auslandsaufenthalt in 1999 als Stipendiat an der Business School der University of Maryland (USA) promovierte er am Institut für Medien- und Kommunikationsmanagement der Universität St. Gallen (Dr. oec.).
