David Culberhouse is currently serving in his fourth year as the Senior Director of Elementary Education in the Rialto Unified School District located in Rialto, California. Rialto is a fairly large urban district located in the Inland Empire section of San Bernardino County, with an enrollment of close to 27,000 students.

He has worked as a teacher at both the elementary and secondary levels. Administratively, he has served as a Program Specialist, an Elementary Administrator, and an Elementary Principal. His last year as Elementary Principal, the school received the honor of being recognized as a California Distinguished School. He also serves as a co-moderator for the West Coast version of #satchat on Twitter each Saturday morning.
