This book analyses the challenges, potentials and opportunities of agribusiness sector in West Bengal and then builds a strong case for development of fruit and vegetable processing industry to overcome the twin problem of rural unemployment and huge post harvest losses. About the author
Sabyasachi Ojha, M.A. (Economics) and Ph.D. (Agricultural Economics) from Visva-Bharati. Presently serving as an Economics teacher in High School under West Bengal Government. His main research interests lie in Agricultural Economics, Agro-Processing Sector, Development Economics, etc. He has published research articles in these fields of study.
