The present work aimed to study the efficacy of the drug Trayodashang Guggulu as single drug therapy & combination with Sahachar Taila Nasya as a combination therapy. For this 60 patients divided in two groups (each group 30) followed up upto 8 weeks. In statistical analysis the drug showed highly significant results in signs & symptoms of Manyagata vatavyadhi as- For Manyashool, the t value proved to be 10.42 & 15.24 in Group 1 & Group 2 respectively (p<0.001). For Manyagraha 6.49 & 10.41 in Group 1 & 2 respectively (p<0.001). For Bhrama it is 6.15 & 7.39 in Group 1 &2 respectively (p<0.001) & t29 for Mansabalakshaya is 5.75 & 8.22- Group 1 & 2 respectively (p<0.001), for 29 This research work finally concludes that the Trayodashang Guggul & Sahachar taila possesses a potent vatghna action with significant action on Manyashool & other symptoms. It is better effective, safe in Manyagatavata vyadhi patients.
