A brisk but comprehensive guide to recommended anti-pest stratagems, including genius tricks to keep wily squirrels from eating all the seed when the feeders fail, when to tie sunflowers on to the shed roof, and more. Anne, a realist, also admits that some pests just can't be beaten, and advises when you should grow a different plant rather than prolong the fight.
