About the author
Jane Hughes has been a vegetarian for 25 years. She has been the editor of The Vegetarian magazine, for The Vegetarian Society UK since 2000 and is a member of The Guild of Food Writers.
She is the author of The Vegetarian Handbook and The Vegetarian Travel Guide and the Collins Gem Guide to Vegetarian Food and is also the resident food writer for Resurgence magazine and a tutor for the Vegetarian Society's Cordon Vert Cookery School.
